METRO ParaCruz is a door-to-door shared-ride transportation option for people who can't use the regular bus due to a disability. We strive to provide quality customer service and the most efficient paratransit service possible.
Service is limited to certified customers, their attendants and guests, and visitors to Santa Cruz County who have been certified as
eligible for ADA paratransit by their home transit agency. Rides must reserved at least one day ahead (up to 14 days).
